What is your definition of gambling for fun?

The overall meaning of Gambling for fun in my understanding is just simply betting without hoping or putting your mind in potential return or win. That statement is used to describe the process of betting without high expectations. This means win or no win I just want to try my luck. It is considered fun because anything you invest money and don't have hope of getting reward or return, its considered blind investment. So gambling is a blind investment which may or may not yeilds any result wether now or the long run, that is where it is call fun.

Basically gambling is a means of entertainment so we should gamble with the view and purpose of having fun, but on the other hand there are people who do wrong in responding to gambling where they assume that victory in this case is a certainty so that not a few of them gamble to make money even though the benefits in gambling are not something that can be obtained with certainty.

I myself understand the benefits of gambling because I also hope that it can happen to me, it's just that the importance of a good view here will determine our fate in the future.

Gamblers can get a significant win from gambling, which can fulfill their big dreams of life, but gambling cannot be a source of income. Because it is never a means of regular income. But when a gambler wants to do that through gambling, wants to consider gambling as a means of income, they try to gamble with more money. Well, good for you if you’re serious about gambling. However I hope you’re not losing too much money because you’re too focused on it,  some gamblers say they’re just doing it for fun, so they don’t feel the stress or pressure that comes with gambling.

For someone who puts in time and effort to analyze their bets they need to be mentally and emotionally disciplined. That kind of commitment means they’re deeply involved in gambling, so losing discipline can be risky. It could lead to chasing losses, and in extreme cases, some people have even sold their cars and houses just to rebuild their bankroll and try to recover their losses.

That’s a very true statement, LOL… as if being serious about gambling means we’re not losing money.

From what I’ve read, those who take gambling seriously often lose a lot because they’re heavily invested in it, while those who gamble just for fun tend to lose less since they’re only risking small amounts they can easily walk away from.

So I guess it’s fair to say that we truly love money when we’re not just gambling for fun but actually making a profit from it.

Gamble for fun means you should not use the amount of money that you can not afford to lose to gamble. If you can afford to lose the money, you can gamble with it. This will make you use small amount of money to gamble instead of huge amount of money.

For me I use 5% of my weekly income to gamble which is very small. That is different from someone that will use 50% or more if his income to gamble which is very bad.

The statement is not even complete until you say gamble for fun with the amount of money that you can afford to lose.

Who doesn't love money? Everyone collects their money with the ability that everyone has in making money. After having it, of course, everyone loves money. When I first started gambling, I would not dispute the fact that I gambled to earn money, the urge to make money from gambling was so intense and I would feel so sad when I lost any single bet, sometimes, thinking of the outcome of my bet could even give me sleepless night because I will be so anxious, but now, I don't have such feelings anymore. During those time, I can spend the money I want to used for something else on gambling but now, I don't do such mistake bro.

If people are not gambling to make money, why do they feel happy when they win, that was your questions, my answer to that is that, people always feel happy for everyone life situation that they archive success or victory and that's why a gambler will still feel happy when they win. Yup I agree with your opinion about this, I can conclude a little that it does not matter if we put our hopes on victory because after all ending the session with a victory is much better and more fun than losing but that does not mean we should make gambling a place to earn income, basically we must be able to distinguish which activities are worthy of being used as a place to earn income and which activities are only worthy of being seen as a place that can provide some money occasionally, the existence of risk and uncertainty of the results that will come out is the main reason why gambling should really only be seen as a place to seek entertainment, and the positive side of making gambling as entertainment is so that we avoid various impulsive actions that can lead us to lose significant amounts of money.

Now if you don't know, winning/losing is what makes the gambling looks very fun sometimes, when you lose it gets to your nerves and makes you think more higher than before and when you play back you would still losing. Most times it is actually annoying seeing one lose while gambling though we must not expect winning at all times but as we know chance of winnings are very slim that is why we must think higher to make sure we have winning but yet it would look like as if the gambler is making no efforts to secure winning. Though, when you talk about challenge you are implying there is a pursue or and objective for you to continue to come to the casino and keep on gambling. That objective is obviously to make money... Doesn't that create expectation, hopes and plans ? All of it with money you do not even have to begin with.

Challenges are supposed to be only applied when we talk about activities which depend on skill of the person partaking on it, because one can picture oneself betting better and better through time.
How does one exactly get better at gambling? One cannot, one can only get better at bankroll management, which does not guarantee one will have a profitable experience.

Sure a planless Gambler is a careless Gambler, he will definitely going to blow off his fund with twinkle of an eye because of not having a planned budget. I am not trying to get rich or get a fortune through gambling, that is what i mean whenever i say i am gambling for fun, it simply means that i am not taking gambling so seriously, that does not mean that i do not want to win the games i play, but what it means is i don't mind if i lose, because i have not gambled with a huge amount and i feel no pressure.

That is the fun in my opinion, the moment someone begins to find wealth through gambling, it no longer becomes fun, rather it turns into addiction and it can destroy the person, especially financially.
